Ajmer

But there is one place which is considered as a must watch place and life of Ajmer and it is the Dargah. This is a very renowned place of Ajmer and has huge Silver doors. It is not built in one shot. There are many stages in which it was constructed. The most awaited event here is the Urs festival which is conducted every year. This is a six days fiesta and is carried out in the remembrance of the Khwaja. Thousands of pilgrims from round the globe come here to listen to the Nazrana that is performed by the Sufi saints. After that there are also Qawwalis that creates divinity in Dargah.

Another place to visit is the Adhai-Din-Ka-Jhonpra. This is a masterpiece that was constructed in only two and half days. The Adhai-Din-Ka-Jhonpra is a primeval mosque which has beautiful carvings all over it. The walls are elegantly carved in the most striking designs. You will see huge pillars here which are imprinted with majestic work patterns and minarets that add to the beauty of the Adhai- Din- Ka- Jhonpra.

Apart from this you also have Akbar Palace in Ajmer which is a must visit destination. This is a very massive palace which reflects the majestic life that King Akbar lived. While on your trip to Ajmer you can also visit the Taragarh Fort. This fort is also one of its kinds and has the royalist impression on all the visitors that come here.
