At about 4100 meters on the highway for Keylong, this is a gateway to the Lahaul Valley. This snow covered way, covered with mind blowing glaciers all round is the must watch place here. One can have a view of beautiful snow hills and cliffs here which is a one time watch. The charming sight that you get to visit here is never forgetting. You also have a striking Doshohar Lake which is also a must visit destination.

Vashisht temple which is very much visited by the tourist of Kullu Manali. Considered as a very sacred place, this temple has a kund which is like a water reservoir where in you will find hot water naturally. It is said that if you take a dip in this water all your sins will be washed away.There is a very holy temple of Hadimba Devi which was built Raja Bahadur Singh in about mid 15^th century. You will also find beautiful antlers of Dear hanging outside the temple along with the Markhor Horns that are offered be the local hunters.Apart from this, you can also visit the Great Himalyan National Park which is a very famous place. You will get great view of the striking Himalayan snow covered peak along with wide range of flora and fauna.

If you are choosing rail route than Chandigarh is the nearest railway station from manali.

Apart from that, if you want to go by road,then you have to borrow cab from Delhi,Chandigarh,Ambala and Shimla
