Dharamshala

Dal Lake There are many popular tourist destinations in Dharamshala. A famous one is Dal Lake. It is just 11 km far from lower Dharamshala. It is located just next to Tibetan village. If you are planning to travel by air, major airport near this place is at Gaggal. From there, you can reach to your destination by carrying out a journey of just 14 km by road.

Besides, Pathankot is the broad gauge station which is near Dharamshala.

Apart from that, there are several buses and cars from Delhi, Chandigarh and Manali to this place. However, if you want to enjoy the aesthetic view of this place hiring a private car is definitely the best option.
